摘要
取2年半生青脆枝组培苗新鲜芽进行青脆枝增殖培养,在短时间内得到大量青脆枝试管苗,并测试了青脆枝试管苗不同部位以及不同苗龄组培苗叶中的喜树碱含量,发现青脆枝试管苗中的喜树碱含量在不同部位有明显的差异,试管苗根部喜树碱含量较高,干燥粉末中喜树碱含量达0.1072mg/g,而茎叶中的含量较低;2年半和3年半青脆枝叶片干燥粉末中喜树碱含量分别为0.1068mg/g,0.1620mg/g,喜树碱含量随着苗龄的增长有较大的增长。
Experiment was implemented on rapid propagation of Nothapodytes nimmoniana by tissue culture. Determination was made on camptothecine content in different organs of various aged tissue-cultured seedling. The result showed that it had different camptothecine content in different organs of seedlingls, higher in root system than that in stem and leaf, and the content in tissue-cultured seedling was lower than that in field 2.5-year tissue cultured tree. But the experiment demonstrated that along with age, camptothecine content would evidently increase.
