摘要
烟夜蛾(Helicoverpa assultaGuen啨e)对黄花烟草的产卵趋性显著高于普通烟草,为明确2近缘种烟草对该虫种群动态变化的影响,采用作用因子组配生命表的方法,组建了2种烟田内烟夜蛾的自然种群生命表,并进行了重要因子分析,结果表明,(1)烟夜蛾在2种烟草上均能完成连续2个世代的生长发育和繁殖,其中第2代烟夜蛾在普通烟田的种群数量呈上升趋势(I2=1.032 5>1),而在黄花烟田呈下降趋势(I2=0.657 7<1),第3代烟夜蛾种群在2种烟田均呈下降趋势,但普通烟田的种群增长(I3=0.457 1)仍大于黄花烟田(I3=0.359 2),表明黄花烟草对烟夜蛾的寄主适合度较普通烟草差;(2)生物因子对烟夜蛾自然种群有重要的控制作用,普通烟田中"烟草和其它"对烟夜蛾种群有较强的控制作用,其次是"病原微生物"和"寄生性天敌",而黄花烟田中"烟草和其它"的控制作用远远大于其它几种作用因子.2种烟草对烟夜蛾寄主适合度的差异可为抗虫烟草品种的筛选提供参考;黄花烟草能吸引烟夜蛾产卵但其寄主适合度较差,有利于压低整个烟田生态系统中烟夜蛾的种群数量,可作为有效的诱集作物,这些防治策略在烟夜蛾的综合治理中具有重要的应用价值.
The ovipositing preference of Helicoverpa assulta Guenee to Nicotiania rustica was much higher than that to N. tabacum. In order to identify the influence of two sibling tobacco species on the population dynamics of H. assulta, the natural population life-table of H. assulta in N. rustica and N. tabacum field were constructed and analyzed with the affecting factors respectively. The results showed that: (1) H. assulta completed development and reproduction in the two types of tobacco field; the population of the 2^nd generation H. assulta in N. tabacum field (I2 = 1. 032 5 〉 1 ) increased but declined in N. rustica tobacco field (I2 = 0. 657 7 〈 1 ) ; the population of the 3rd generation slowed down in both of the two kinds of tobacco fields, while the population increasing was still faster in N. tabacum field (I3 = 0. 457 1 ) than in N. rustica field (I3 = 0. 359 2) ; these results indicated that the host suitability of N. rustica for tobacco bud worm was lower than that of N. rustica. (2) Biotic factors were important to control the population of H. assulta. In N. tabacum field, H. assulta was mainly affected by " tobacco and others ", the next was " pathogenic microorganism " and "parasitoids", however, " tobacco and others" was the most effective factor in N. rustica field. Consequently, when establishing the control strategies of H. assulta, the tobacco species and their arrangement in the field should be taken into account and the prevention should be enhanced in N. tabacum field; different host suitability of the two sibling tobacco species to H. assulta can provide helpful references to screening new resistant tobacco varieties; N. rustica attracting females to oviposit has lower host suitability to the larvae, which restricts the population increase of H. assulta in the tobacco ecosystem, and therefore, can be used as trap crops.
