摘要
目的探讨宁心复方提取物(简称宁心)的抗焦虑作用及作用机制,为临床提供依据。方法通过悬尾实验、强迫游泳实验、高台十字迷宫实验评价宁心的抗焦虑活性,并通过宁心对外源性升压物质的影响作用实验探讨宁心的抗焦虑作用机制。结果宁心416 mg/kg、208 mg/kg、104 mg/kg灌胃给药均有明显的抗焦虑作用;宁心在实验剂量下(288 mg/kg)能抑制外源酪胺引起的升压作用。结论宁心具有抗焦虑作用,其作用机制可能与抑制血压的升高有关。
Objective To investigate the anxiolytic effects and the mechanism of action of Ningxin compound extract to provide the evidence for further clinical utilization.Methods The elevated plus-maze test（EPM）,suspension tail test,forced-swimming test were conducted in rats to evaluate the anxiolytic effects of Ningxin compound extract.The blood pressure of the rats was monitored to find out the possible mechanism of anxiolytic effects of Ningxin compound extract.Results Ningxin compound extract had obvious anxiolytic effects on rats,with effective inhibition of the rise of blood pressure in combination with exogenous tyramine.Conclusion Ningxin compound extract had obvious anxiolytic effects on rats,the mechanism of action of Ningxin compound extract might be related with inhibition of the rise of blood pressure.
