摘要
本文阐述了军医大学研究生教育适应性的内涵,分析军医大学研究生教育中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出相应措施:围绕部队建设需要,树立正确的教育质量观;坚持开放的办学理念,实现院校自身与服务军队的协调发展;建立信息反馈制度,科学规划医学研究生教育。
This article mainly focuses on the connotation of the adaptability of postgraduate medical universities. The author analyzed the existing problems in the postgraduate education education in military in military medical universities, and proposed the measures accordingly. These measures were as follows： meeting the needs of primary army and establishing proper education quality idea ; persisting the open idea of running school to achieve the coordination of colleges and serving army; establishing the feedback system of information; planning the postgraduate education scientifically.
