摘要
高校学生宿舍管理在实施职能的过程中,忽视了宿舍"空间"的存在。宿舍"空间"是管理双方矛盾的重要内容,因为它关系到宿舍管理双方权利和义务的明确。管理双方在权利和义务上的明确应以宿舍"空间"概念的界定为基础。空间概念是高校管理和法律制度中被忽视的一个重要命题,它对于高校宿舍管理具有重要意义。
The implementation of functions of the college dormitory management, ignoring the dormitory ＂space＂ exists. The dormitory ＂space＂ is an important part of management, as it relates to the management of both houses of the rights and obligations. The relationship between rights and obligations of the two sides in the management should be determined on define the dormitory ＂space＂ concept. As an important proposition, management and legal system have been ignored the concept of dormitory space, it is a great significance in the management of college dormitory.
