摘要
利益是社会发展的基础、前提和动力因素,利益因素对产学研合作的有效实施起着十分重要的作用。本文在详细讨论了地方高职院校产学研合作中的几种角色及其利益之后,提出了基于利益驱动原理构架产学研合作机制的方法,以及产学研多边合作模式的实施。
Interest is a basis and premise and factor of the social development, which has an important role in implementing the co-education effectively. This paper first discusses some roles and interests in co-education between the local higher vocational colleges and the enterprises, then builds a system of co-education based on the interest-driven principle, and concludes how the multilateral co-operation model of co-education is implemented.
