摘要
采用瓶栽试验研究了急支糖浆药渣主料四季青(Euonymus japonicus)药渣和苦荞头(Fagopyrum tataricum)药渣对野生平菇(Pleurotus ost^atus)生长和产量的影响。结果表明,野生平菇丰野一号在以四季青、苦荞头混合药渣为主料的D配方和以四季青药渣为主料的A配方培养料上,菌丝长势强.子实体圆整、产量高,鲜菇产量(66.1 g/瓶和59.1 g/瓶)分别比以棉籽壳为主料栽培的野生平菇提高29.10%和15.43%。
The effects of incorporating different amounts of Euonymus japonicus and Fagopyrum tataricum processing wastes, generated during the production of Acute Bronchitis Syrup, into growth substrates used for bottle cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus were assessed in terms of mycelial growth vigor and fruit body yield. Of the four formulae tested, strongest mycelial growth vigor was recorded on growth substrates D (containing 30% E. japonicus residue 30% F. tataricum residue, 20% straw and 20% wheat bran) and A (containing 80% E. japonicus residue and 20% wheat bran). Average yields of fruit bodies for substrates D and A were 66.1 g and 59.1 g fresh weight per bottle respectively, which were 29.1% and 15.4% higher, respectively than the average yields from controls grown on 80% cotton seed hull and 20% wheat bran.
