摘要
传统的芽孢杆菌鉴定主要是根据表型特征,在《芽孢杆菌文献研究》列出了芽孢杆菌属的244个种。随着分类研究方法的发展,尤其是多相分类法的应用,芽孢杆菌属的分类发生了很大的变化,有很多种从芽孢杆菌属中分化出来另建新属。本文主要以《伯杰氏系统细菌学手册》第2版为依据,阐述产芽孢的芽孢杆菌的分化、确立依据及其模式菌株的主要特征。根据产芽孢与否、16S rRNA等的特征,芽孢杆菌分化出22个属,其中位于芽孢杆菌科的属有15个,位于非芽孢杆菌科的属有7个。此外还有13个只是在命名书写上和芽孢杆菌Bacillus相似。
The traditional classification of Bacillus was done mainly based on the phenotypic characteristics. There were 244 species of Bacillus cited in the book of the "Literature Review on Bacillus" by Liu (2006). With the development of new identification methodologies, especially the polyphasic taxonomical method, changes in the taxonomy of Bacillus are emerging. Many species have been re-classified from the genus into new genera. Based on the second edition of "Bergeys Manual of Systematic Bacteriology" published in 2004, this paper discusses the evolutional evidence, as well as the characterictics of the typical species of Bacillus related genera. According to the spore-forming, 16S rRNA and other characteristics, 22 Bacillus related genera have been separated from Bacillus. Of the 22 genera, 15 belong to Bacillaceae and 7 are non-Bacillaceae. There are 13 genera that are only Bacillus in name.
