胫骨平台骨折的损伤类型及其对膝关节功能影响的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的为胫骨平台骨折探索一条较为合理的治疗方案。方法选取胫骨平台骨折手术患者,根据术前行X片,CT及三维重建检查的情况,比较7类骨折病人膝关节功能恢复情况。结果Schatzker分型的VI型对膝关节功能影响最大。结论术前完善检查,准确分型,做好术前计划,术中采用合理的手术方法。 Objective To research a reasonable therapeutic regimen for tibial plateau fracture.Methods Select the patients whose tibial plateau were broken must be operated and put them into seven groups according to their X films,CT and three-dimensional recon- struction before the operation.Follow-up visit the patients and compare the function of the broken knee.Results Schatzker VI influent the function of knee greatest. Conclusion A good therapeutic regimen of tibial plateau fracture must include:consummating the check before the operation,accurate typing,making the plan of therapy,taking a reasonable operation,doing functional exercise actively after operation.
