摘要
根据四川汶川地震灾区四所中小学砖混结构教学楼震后破坏情况,结合现场图片对破坏形态及原因进行了分析。几所学校的教学楼所采用的单侧走廊砖混结构,缺少足够的结构冗余度、结构整体性差,破坏特征表现为脆性,是不利于抗震的结构形式。圈梁、构造柱和足够宽度的窗间墙等构造措施在抗震中发挥了关键作用。材料质量和施工质量也对建筑物抗震性能有重要影响。
This paper reports some preliminary information on damages of four school buildings of masonry structures in great Wenchuan Earthquake disaster areas. With many photos, field investigation has revealed a number of valuable findings that could be useful in improving the research and design in the future. The school buildings adopted masonry structures with unilateral aisle, which is not antiseismic construction for scarce structure redundancy rate, bad structure integrity and brittle fracture. Some structure measures such as perimeter beams, constructional columns and sufficient interfenestration play an important role in earthquake. Additionally, material quality and construction quality affect the antiseismic property of the buildings greatly.
