摘要
根据我国油田采油厂联合站的安全技术规范和功能特性,提出了联合站风险评价的模糊综合评价模型,力求建立较全面的联合站风险影响模糊失效可能性因素体系和模糊失效后果因素体系,制定出较为客观的联合站失效可能性因素及失效后果因素评价方法,并编制了相应的联合站模糊风险综合评价软件。
Assessing the risk level of combined-station is of great significance to improving the level of safety technology for combined-stations.Based on safety technology standards and functional characteristics of combined-stations in China,a fuzzy mathematics model is advanced to assess the risk of combined -station.By adopting the fuzzy mathematics method,a fuzzy failure probability factor system and a fuzzy failure consequence factor system for combined -station are established,and an objective fuzzy risk assessment method,which assesses the failure probability factors and failure consequence factors for combined -station,is put forward.Also corresponding software is developed.
