摘要
根据公路建设项目社会经济环境影响评价的内涵,运用层次分析法、模糊综合评判法等多目标决策技术分析各指标之间的关系,建立公路建设项目社会经济环境影响的综合评价模型,综合公路建设项目社会经济环境影响的定量与定性评价。
According to the connotation of the SEEIA of highway construction projects, the relationship among indexes was analyzed with multi-target decision technique including Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. A synthetic evaluation model was established, which synthesized qualitative and quantitative assessment of SEEIA of highway construction projects.
