摘要
机场应急救援是民航安全领域一项重要研究课题,这一研究对于减少事故损失和提高救援效率具有重要的作用。针对民航机场紧急事件非例行性、不确定性的特点,提出了以案例推理为技术主线,结合模糊推理等方法的机场应急救援规模决策模型。利用模糊数学方法对案例进行了处理,研究了设计实例的表达、索引、调整、修改和推理机制,解决了案例匹配的贴近度与相似性问题,经仿真验算,证明了该方法的可行性与科学性。
As an important research topic in the area of civil aviation safety, airport emergency rescue can reduce the accident losses and improve rescue efficiency. Based on the uncertainness and non-routine characteristics of emergencies, a kind of scale decisive model in airport emergency rescue was put forward, which mainly relied on the case-based reasoning technology as well as fuzzy reasoning technology. The case-matching problem was analyzed and an algorithm was simulated by means of fuzzy reasoning calculation. The presentation, index, adjustability, modification and inferring mechanism of the case were discussed. The simulation verifies that the method is feasible and scientific.
