摘要
阐述了铝液含氢量的连续式快速检测方法(哈培尔法)的动力学原理、特点及其应用,同时介绍了瑞士FMA公司依据哈培尔法研制的煞星系列连续式铝液测氢仪的结构特点。
CHAPEL (Continuous Hydrogen Analysis Process of Liquid Evaluation) is a newlydeveloped method to determine the hydrogen content in aluminum melts. The principle, advantage and application of this technique are introduced in this article. In addition, the structural features of FMA quick and continuous hydrogen tester based on this principle are also stated in this article.
