摘要 :The hot extrusion die for bearing ring works under the harsh condition, so it must be provided with high temperature strength, thermal stability, red hardness and good thermal fatigue resistance, thermal abrasion resistance. The article describes the circumstances of using high-manganese austenic steel 7Mn10Ni9Cr8Mo3VNbRe for the hot extrusion die for bearing ring and combined strengthening. The results show the lifetime of the die is 5-10 times as long as traditional martensitic steel,and the economical benefit is significant. :The hot extrusion die for bearing ring works under the harsh condition, so it must be provided with high temperature strength, thermal stability, red hardness and good thermal fatigue resistance, thermal abrasion resistance.
