摘要
建立一种快速、简单的从牛初乳中提纯转化生长因子β(TGF-β)的方法。采用酸醇抽提法从牛初乳中初步提取TGF-β,阳离子交换层析和凝胶过滤层析将其纯化,再以SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳测定其的含量。SDS-PAGE电泳及凝胶过滤色谱检测,显示纯化所得蛋白分子量为25ku,与标准品相同。本方法可用来从牛初乳中提取出TGF-β。
Set up a fast,simple approach to purify TGF-β from bovine coloctrum. TGF was isolated from bovine coloctrum acid/ethanol extraction,cation-exchange and gel-filtration chromatography, determined by SDS-PAGE. As determined by SDS-PAGE, the protein was mainly 25ku, the same as standard preparation.The present method can be used as a tool to prepare TGF from bovine coloctrum.
