摘要
目的了解深圳市托幼机构保健医生的专业素质及工作环境，评估保健医生落实卫生保健工作的能力和积极性。方法对福田区108家社会力量开办的托幼机构进行实地考察及对其保健医生进行基础知识试卷调查。结果非医学专业保健医生有21人，占18．4％；卫生保健基础知识测试在60分以下者32人，占28．1％；考虑辞职的保健医生有87人，占76．3％。结论加强对托幼机构卫生保健工作的监督管理，稳定保健医生队伍，为幼儿成长提供良好的卫生保健环境。
Objective To investigate professional quality and working environment of health doctors in kindergartens in Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, and to evaluate health doctors＇ ability and motivation. Methods 108 kindergartens in Futian District were inspected and basic knowledge of health doctors were investigated with a questionnaire. Results 21 health doctors were not majors of medical science, accounting for 18.4%. 32 health doctors got under 60 scores in examination of basic health knowledge , accounting for 28.1% of the total. 87 health doctors were considering resignation, accounting for 76.3%. Conclusion The supervision and management for health work in kindergartens should be strengthened and team of health doctors should be stablized, so as to provide a good health care environment for growth of children.
