摘要
利用HAAKE转矩流变仪和毛细管流变仪研究了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/中相对分子质量聚异丁烯(PIB)和聚苯乙烯(PS)/PIB共混体系的流变行为,讨论了PIB含量对LDPE/PIB和PS/PIB共混体系的扭矩、剪切黏度、剪切应力及非牛顿指数(n)的影响结果表明明,随着w(PIB)的增加,共混体系的扭矩、剪切黏度下降,n增加,但仍为假塑性流体(n小于1)其中,进入平衡态后LDPE/PIB体系的扭矩从5.6 N·m降到4.5 N·m;PS/PIB体系的扭矩从3 2 N·m降到2.5
This paper studied the rheological behavior of low density polyethylene/medium relative molecular weight polyisobutylene (LDPE/PIB) blend and polystyrene/PIB (PS/PIB) blend by HAAKE torque rheometer and capillary rheometer. The influences of PIB content on torque, shear viscosity, shear stress and non-Newtonian index of the LDPE/PIB and PS/PIB blends with different composition were discussed. The results show that as the PIB content rises, the blends' torque, shear viscosity and shear stress decrease, whereas their non-Newtonian indexes increase, nevertheless they are still considered as pseudoplastic fluid (n〈1). The torque of the LDPE/PIB and PS/PIB blends lowers from 5.6 N·m to 4.5 N·m and from 3.2 N·m to 2.5 N·m, respectively, when both blending systems enter into their equilibrium state.
