在含有三个生长阶段(指数生长期、静止期和衰亡期)的球等鞭金藻细胞再悬浮液、细胞破碎液、上清液、藻壳液和无细胞滤液的培养液中对牟氏角毛藻和三角褐指藻进行了培养,并通过这些培养液对两种微藻生长的影响探讨了球等鞭金藻生长抑制物的产生和释放过程。结果表明,生长抑制物的产生及释放与球等鞭金藻细胞的生长阶段密切相关;生长抑制物在细胞的对数生长初期产生并在细胞内积累,当细胞内的生长抑制物浓度超过一定范围后,细胞开始向培养物中释放生长抑制物,进而导致培养物中生长抑制物的浓度增加。
In order to elucidate the production and releasing process of the growth-inhibitor formed by Isochrysis galbana, the effects of the different cultural liquids on the growth of Chaetoceros muelleri and Phaeodactylum tricornutum were investigated, and those cultural liquids contained re-suspended cells, broken cells, cultural liquid of no cells, cellular fragments and free-cell medium which were obtained at the exponential, stationary and death phases of Isochrysis galbana, respectively. The results showed that the process of the production and releasing of the growth-inhibitor had very close relationship with the cell age of Isochrysis galbana. It could be concluded that the growth-inhibitor was produced gradually from the exponential growth phase of Isochrysis galbana and mostly accumulated in the cells up to the stationary phase. When the concentration of the growth-inhibitor in the cells was beyond a lethal level, the growth-inhibitors in the dying or dead cells were released into the cultured medium, which caused that the concentration of the growth-inhibitor rapidly increased in the cultured medium.
