摘要
现代大型三压余热锅炉冲管一般采用自产汽作为汽源,采用多切换门方式或多临冲门方式的冲管临时系统,都可以只使用一套打靶装置和消音器,并达到并列吹扫以降低冲管时间、费用及节能的目的,但是两种方式有不同的技术要求。根据350 MW级单轴燃气蒸汽联合循环机组及700 MW级二拖一型燃气蒸汽联合循环机组的采用两种不同冲管方式的实践及其暴露出来的问题,讨论了三压锅炉蒸汽冲管工作的各种问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,可为同类型机组的冲管提供借鉴。
In order to best blowing effect, people often use self-product-steam as modern large Tri-pressure HRSGs' ts blowing steam. It has two type of temporary blowing system as multi- switch-valve type and multi-blowing-valve type. Both can save blowing time and energy by using only one suit of target system, one muffle, and blow each pressure part parallely, but its has different technology request. This paper studies problems of this two types temporary blowing system, gives according solving scheme, can be use as reference by other similar unit.
