摘要
随经济发展,我国东部地区产业区位调整和迁移呈现整体性和规模性特征,为中西部地区开发带来重大机遇。沿海产业集群由于本地关联性和外向度不同,在产业迁移中表现出不同特点。东西合作互动,应依据产业集群发展的不同特点,制定相关政策,引导产业集群向中西部地区迁移。
With the development of China economy, there are two trends in the location adjusting and transfer of industries： one is industries are changing in integrity; the other is that they are moving in scale. These two trends are significant opportunity to Western development. As the local relevance and the export-oriented degree differ among the industrial cluster in coastal area, the industrial transfers are different. The strategies in cooperation between east and west of China to promote the industrial cluster transfer to the western area should be based on the different characters in industrial cluster transfer.
