摘要
患者男，78岁。因“尿频尿急伴夜尿增多”半年，超声示前列腺增生拟入院行手术切除前列腺，术前经膀胱镜发现膀胱内有大量泡沫状隆起，活检示：大B细胞性淋巴瘤。免疫标志物检测示LCA（＋），L26（＋），予以留置导尿，转入血液科。查体未触及浅表淋巴结，肝脾不大。
