摘要
在高考志愿填报中推行平行志愿,是当前高考录取制度改革的重要组成部分。目前,全国已有六个省市全面推行,其他的省市也在小范围试点或着手全面推行。本文结合传统志愿录取,比较平行志愿的异同与优劣,分析了始于2002年的平行志愿改革的现状、问题,并从扩大考生选择权和学校选择权角度,提出当前平行志愿改革的建议。
Parallel applications policy is an important component of the reform of college admission. It has been implemented by six provinces/cities at present. This paper compares the traditional college admission policy with the parallel applications policy, and analyzes the current situations and problems of the parallel applications policy which started in 2002. From the students and the colleges perspective, the author also provides some suggestions on the further reform of the parallel applications.
