摘要
水平井蒸汽吞吐是增加稠油产量的一种经济而有效的方法,注采参数对蒸汽吞吐的效果起着决定性的作用。为了能取得较好的开发效果,必须对蒸汽吞吐的注采参数进行合理地优化和调整。针对曙一区杜84块超稠油油藏兴Ⅰ组的开采现状,建立了油藏数值模拟模型,在历史拟合的基础上,优化了水平井段长度及第一周期注汽强度,并应用正交设计方法对注汽速度、蒸汽干度、注汽压力和焖井时间等注汽参数进行了优化计算,得到了合理的注采参数优化方案,并对蒸汽吞吐井的吞吐效果进行了预测,结果表明吞吐5个周期可增油8944t。
Steam soak of horizontal wells is becoming a very im- portant and economical method in the thermal recovery of heavy oil reservoirs.The success of a cyclic steam injection project depends strongly on the selection of key parametcrs. To get better effect of steam soak,the key parameters of cy- clic steam injection have to be optimized and controlled. Based on the XingⅠformation,Shu-1 Du84 block,Liaohe oilfield heavy oil exploitable condition,the production histo- ry was matched.By optimizing the key parameters,such as cycle length,amount of steam injected,length of horizontal segment,steam injection pressure,steaming velocity,dry- ness fraction,the applicable plan was provided.Based on the optimized plan,we predicted performance of cyclic seam stimulation,such as cumulated oil.
