摘要
二战后,当代美国医学人文思想兴起。本文通过分析二战后美国的社会政治环境、医学科技进步和人文主义思想发展来对医学人文兴起的背景进行考察。在此基础上,进一步阐明医学人文思想兴起的契机,即对医学教育人文化的努力、医学问题社会化的倾向和医学人文相关学科的变化。最后,对作为医学人文思想实践载体的生命伦理学运动兴起进行探讨,从而厘清其早期发展脉络。
After World War II, contemporary thought of medical humanity spring up in United States of America. This article will review the background of medical humanity thoughts, which includes socio--political environment, medical technology advances and the development of humanistic ideas. On this basis, clarify emerge opportunities of the medical humanity thoughts, that is, effort on making medical education humane, the tendency of medical problems socialization and the related disciplines of medical humanity change. Finally, discuss the rise of bioethics movement, which is practical carrier of medical humanity thoughts, in order to clarify the context of its early development.
