摘要
利用厌氧光生物转盘-好氧移动床膜生物反应器处理偶氮染料废水,探讨了染料浓度、光照时间、供氧条件、硫酸盐浓度4个操作条件对组合工艺处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,厌氧光生物转盘对染料废水的脱色和COD去除起主要作用,当光生物转盘连续光照时间为12h/d,废水中染料质量浓度为100mg/L,HRT为5h时,光生物转盘的脱色率达90%左右,COD去除率达70%左右。经过后续好氧移动床处理,厌氧出水中的有毒芳香化合物得到有效降解,系统总COD去除率达90%以上。
An anaerobic photo-rotating biological contactor-aerobic moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) has been used for treating azo dye wastewater. The four affecting operation conditions are investigated, including the concentration of azo dye, the time of illumination, the condition of oxygen supplying and the concentration of sulphate. The results indicate that the anaerobic photo-rotating biological contactor plays an important role in the decolourization and the COD removal of azo dye wastewater. When the time of illumination on photo-rotating biological contactor is 12 h/d, the concentration of the dye is 100 mg/L, the HRT is 5 h, the decolourization rate reaches about 90%, the COD removal efficiency reaches about 70% for anaerobic photo-rotating biological contactor. By the contribution of the following aerobic moving bed, the toxic aromatic compound of the effluent from anaerobic photo-rotating biological contactor can be removed effectively, the total COD removal efficiency of the system achieves above 90%.
