摘要 以聚醚胺D-230、亚磷酸和甲醛为原料合成了多氨基多醚基亚甲基膦酸(PAPEMP)。用静态阻垢法评价了产品的阻垢和分散性能。结果表明:在Ca2+、HCO3-质量浓度分别为4000、300mg/L(以CaCO3计)时,PAPEMP的阻垢率可以达到95%以上,阻磷酸钙率可达到93%以上,并具有优良的稳定锌盐和分散氧化铁的能力。 Polyamino polyether methylenephosphonate (PAPEMP) has been synthesized with polyether diamine (D-230), phosphite and formaldehyde. Its scale inhibition and dispersion performances are evaluated by static scale inhibition test. The experimental results show that when the mass concentration of Ca^2+ and HCO3^- are 4 000 mg/L and 300 mg/L respectively, PAPEMP's scale inhibiting rate can be as high as 95%, Ca3(PO4)3 inhibition rate can be over 93%. It also has excellent performances of stabilizing Zn^2+ and dispersing Fe2O3.
