摘要
采用催化微电解—UASB组合工艺处理羧甲基纤维素(CMC)生产废水,考察了废水pH、反应时间、温度、停留时间对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,当系统进水COD为20g/L时,在铁炭微电解反应器进水pH值为3.5、反应时间为75min及UASB反应器温度为37℃、厌氧停留时间为44h的条件下,出水COD<1200mg/L,为后续好氧生化处理出水达标排放奠定了基础。
The catalytic microelectrolysis/UASB process was used to treat wastewater from carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) production. The effect of pH, reaction time, temperature and hydraulic retention time on the removal rate of COD was investigated. The results show that under the conditions of raw wastewater pH of 3.5, reaction time of 75 rain, UASB temperature of 37 ℃ and HRT of 44 h, the COD concentration can be reduced from 20 000 mg/L in the influent to 1 200 mg/L in the effluent. The process lays a foundation for the subsequent aerobic treatment.
