In the paper, the variety characteristic of potato ＂Lu-yin No.1＂and cultivating technique of high yield and efficiency for spring-sown potato under double-film mulch were introduced. The variety has high yield and is suitable for export, so it was welcomed by the farmers. Therefore, this cultivating technique should be popularized widely.
