摘要
目的:观察步长稳心颗粒与茶碱缓释片联用治疗窦性心动过缓的临床疗效。方法:132例窦性心动过缓患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组68例给予步长稳心颗粒,9g/次,每天3次,并联用茶碱缓释片口服,0.1g/次,每天2次;对照组64例给予茶碱缓释片0.1g/次,每天2次。两组疗程均为1个月。观察用药前后常规心电图,动态心电图变化及症状缓解情况,副作用观察。结果:治疗组显效38例,有效20例,总有效率85.2%;对照组显效20例,有效22例,总有效率65.6%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:步长稳心颗粒与茶碱缓释片联用治疗老年窦性心动过缓安全有效,副作用少,值得推广。
Objective ：To study the clinical effect of Buchang Wenxin Granule combined Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets at target dosage in agee patients with sinus brady-cardia. Methods ： 132 patients with sinus brady-cardia were divied randomly into control group and treatment group. The treatment group（ n = 68） was treated with Buchang Wenxin Granule 9gram per every time,three times a day, simultaneously combined Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets 0. 1 gram per every time, twice a day; The control group（n =64）was treated with Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets 0. 1 gram per every time,twice a day. After a month, observed the changes of electrocardiogram （ ECG ）, Holter monitor, Clinical symptom and side effects. Results ： Among the treatment group 38 cases evident effect ,20 cases efficient, total effective rate was 85.2%. Among the control group 20 cases evident effect,22 cases efficient, total effective rate was 65.6%. Compared the clinical effect between the two groups had a rank sum test analysis（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Buchang Wenxin Granule combined Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets can safty and effective treat sinus brady-cardia in ages, with little side effects,worth to use further widely.
