摘要
淋巴结结核是一种较为常见的结核病,该病具有病情复杂,易复发的特点。临床表现为,淋巴结肿大、脓肿、破溃等。尤其是儿童患有淋巴结结核会直接影响其生长发育,威胁儿童的健康,西医传统抗结核疗法中所用药物主要是异烟肼、利福平等,但是该类药物有毒副作用,给临床治疗带来困难。采用中药消疬膏结合抗结核西药治疗儿童淋巴结结核,临床45例病例治疗表明,该治疗方案疗效显著,可降低抗结核西药的副作用,同时增加食欲,提高机体免疫力。
Tuberculosis of Lymphnode is well-known, complicated and easy-recrudescent disease, its clinical symptoms show as the tumefaction, abscess and canker of lymph node. Especially this disease should influence growth and threaten health of children that suffered it. In Rx of Western medicine for this disaese, the isoniazid, rifampicin, etc are used to treat tuberculosis and to prevent it, but those medicine has a side-effect,which restrict the use of it in clinic. Due to the side effect of above anti-phthisic medicine, traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoligao is employed with isoniazid and rifampiein to treat tuberculosis of lymphnode of children in our hospital. Clinical therapy of 45 cases show that the curative effect of this Rx is very notable,which could decrease the side-effects of western anti-phthisic medicine, increase orexis of sufferer and enhance immunity of human body.
