医务社会工作是人道主义和社会福利理念在医疗实践中的体现,其具体功能和价值突出表现在为病人提供以人为本的社会心理服务,帮助病人及家属解决非医学专业问题,促进医务人员与病人的沟通,解决医患之间的矛盾冲突。这种功能与价值是医务社会工作调解医患纠纷的重要基础。
As the embodiment of humanism and social welfare concept in medical practice, the specific functions and values of medical social work are mainly displayed as providing human-oriented socio-psychologieal service for patients, helping them to solve other problems, promoting communication between medical staffs and patients, and tackling contradictions between doctors and patients, which should be the vital basis for the medical social work to mediate medical dispute.
