DREAM信号通路调控疼痛敏感化的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来通过对下游调控元件拮抗剂调节子(downstream regulatory element antagonistic modulator,DREAM)基因剔除小鼠的研究发现,在急性疼痛或慢性病理性疼痛等动物模型中,DREAM对疼痛行为的敏感化具有调控作用。存在于脊髓神经细胞中的DREAM是一种新型的Ca^2+结合蛋白,是调控前强啡肽基因表达的转录抑制物。
