摘要
目的:探讨单臂外固定支架联合挤压植骨有限内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:2005年4月至2007年12月,26例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折均采用单臂外固定支架联合挤压植骨有限内固定治疗。其中男14例,女12例;最小17岁,最大52岁,平均38岁;按照AO分型:C_1型8例,C_2型13例,C_3型5例。结果:26例患者均获得随访,平均随访14个月,按照Dienst功能评估标准进行评定,结果优20例,良5例,可1例。结论:单臂外固定支架联合挤压植骨有限内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效满意,既可起到有效的固定作用,又可减少并发症,提高疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of unilateral external fixation （UEF） combining with internal fixation of compression bone grafting in treating distal radius comminuted fractures （DRCF）. Methods： Twenty--six patients with DRCF were treated with UEF combining with compression bone grafting. There were 14 males and 12 females, aging from 17--52 years with an average age of 38 years. According to clinical criterion of AO, 8 cases were classified as type C1 , 13 cases as type C2 and 5 cases as type C3. Results：Twenty--six patients were followed up for 14 months averagely. According to Dienst functional assessment system, results were excellent in 20 cases, good in 5cases and fair in 1 case. Conclusion：With stable fixation and few complications, UEF combining with compression bone grafting was effective in treating DRCF.
