旋转圆盘系统过流速度场叠加的研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文在对应用PIV技术对具有不同径向流动方向、不同的旋转雷诺数Re_Ω、流量系数C_w和间隙比G的强迫过流的旋转圆盘系统的间隙流动进行实验研究的基础上,通过对实验结果的分析,发现了一个重要的物理现象:带有强迫过流的动静盘系统流场的速度分布,是由零过流旋转圆盘系统流场和具有过流双静止盘系统流场的速度合成。本文对该流动现象进行了数值研究,同时提出了旋转圆盘系统间隙内速度合成分布公式,经和实验结果对比,二者符合较好。对叶轮机械的相关设计具有指导意义。 An important flow phenomenon that a rotator-stator system with large forced through flow could be considered as the flow composition of a rotor-stator system without through flow and a two stator system with large forced through flow is observed according to the experimental investigation applying Particle Image Veloeimetry (PIV) to measure turbulent flows in the gap between a rotating and a stationary disk with different Reynilds number ReΩ, flow coefficient Cw and gap ratio G when the direction of through flow in the gap are both inward and outward. In this paper, numerical investigation for this flow phenomenon is performed. The computational results agree well with the experimental. The distribution formula of velocity in each layer in the gap in the rotating disk system is put forward; it is very useful to guide the design of impeller machine.
