摘要
研究了CaCO3/CPE(氯化聚乙烯)/PVC(聚氯乙烯)复合材料的结构和性能,探讨了CPE对CaCO3/PVC复合材料的力学性能的影响。力学性能研究表明,与仅用CaCO3改性的PVC复合材料相比,在CPE加入量为PVC的0-8%时,用CPE和CaCO3协同改性可以更好地提高复合材料的冲击强度。SEM结果显示,引入CPE可明显改善CaCO3颗粒在PVC基体中的分散性和相容性。
Structure and performance of PVC composites filled with CaCO3 particles were investigated and effects of chlorinated polyethylene elastomer (CPE) on mechanical properties of PVC filled with CaCO3 and CPE were explored. Study of mechanical properties revealed that compared with PVC composites modified with CaCO3 alone ,impact strength of the composites increased more dramatically with concerted addition of CPE and CaCO3 when addition of CPE ranged at 0-8%. Results of SEM observation showed that addition of CPE could remarkably improve dispersion and compatibility of CaCO3 particles in PVC matrix.
