摘要
目的:观察华蟾素注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临疗效。方法:选择非小细胞肺癌患者62例,分为华蟾素注射液联合化疗组30例(治疗组)及单纯化疗组32例(对照组)。两组化疗采用NP方案,完成2周期后进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组有效率为5 3.3 0%,对照组为4 3.8 0%,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组在生活质量等方面效果明显优于对照组(P值均<0.05),治疗组毒副反应发生率低于对照组但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:华蟾素注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效,能有效改善临床症状,提高免疫功能,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of combined huachansu injection with chemotherapy for the treat- ment of advanced non - small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ）. Methods ： Six - two cases with advanced non - small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups. Thirty patients of test group were treated with combination of huachansu in- jection and chemotherapy, and 32 patients of control group only received chemotherapy. The curatives effects were e- valuated after 2 circles. Results：The total efficiency rates in two groups were 53.50% and 43.80% （P 〉0.05）. The life quality of patients in test group was superior to the patients in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence rates of the side effect in test group were lower than those of control group, but no apparent differen （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Condusion： Combined huachunsu injection and chemotherapy can improve the curative effect of advanced non - small cell lung cancer and patients＇life quality, as well as enhancing the immune function.
