摘要
目的:通过对男性乳腺癌病人的SPECT全身骨扫描分析,了解骨转移病灶分布特点。方法:给8例病人注射99mTc-MDP显像剂,2-3小时后,行全身SPECT骨扫描。结果:男性乳腺癌病人大部分发生多发性骨转移。结论:男性乳腺癌病人易发生多发性骨转移,常规行SPECT全身骨扫描是必要的。
Objective：To study the value of the whole body bone SPECT scan for male breast cancer patients. Methods：To inject 99mTC -MDP imaging agent to patients,2 -3 hours later to make the SPECT whole bone scan. Results：The majority of male breast cancer patients occur multiple bone metastases. Conclusion：Male breast cancer patients easy develop multiple bone metastases, the conventional SPECT whole body bone scan is necessary.
