摘要
本文通过文献资料法和专家访谈法,对民族传统体育的特点和现状进行了阐述和分析,提出民族传统体育可持续发展的对策:加强民族传统体育科学研究,重视民族传统体育与学校体育的有机结合,促进民族传统体育与大众传媒的结合,形成以运动会为周期的竞训体制。
By literature review and expert interview, we discussed the characteristics of chinese traditional sports,and bring forward measures for its sustainable development：Reinforce traditional sports study,combine the traditional sports and school sports,and so on.
