摘要
分析工程设计的特性，阐述对工程设计进行知识产权保护的诸多有效措施与对策。提出建立自有新的制图图文体系、完善施工功能、深化设计生产的职能管理、走“设计＋制造”一体化之路，重视技术创新、拥有自有知识产权的主导产品和名牌产品，并运用知识产权保护这一自卫和求得发展的法律武器，在竞争中取得主动权，从而提高企业的市场竞争能力和经济效益。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of the engineering project design, based on them and the connotations of the intellectual property, sets forth the several effective measuers and countermeasuers of the intellectual property protection for the engineering project design. The authors have put forward establishing the new own drawing and file system,perfecting the function of the site supervision and deepening the function of the design procedure management. 'The design and the manufacture'should be integrated. The technological innovation must be laid stress on. The intellectual products and famous brand products have their own intellectual properties. The intellectual property protection is taken up which is a law weapon of self-defence and striving for development. The initiative will be tried to gain in the competition. so that the competive power in the market and its economical efficiency will be promoted for the enterprise.
