摘要
2006年5月下旬,胡锦涛同志在中央政治局召开的会议上提出:"要在经济发展的基础上更加注重社会公平,合力调整国民收入分配格局,加大收入分配调节力度,使全体人民都能享受到改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的成果。"公平正义是和谐社会的基石,和谐社会必须维护和实现社会公平正义,正确反映和兼顾不同群众的利益。农民工作为作为当今中国社会的重要群体,从事艰苦危险的劳动,但社会以往对其健康保障却忽视了。文章在和谐社会的构建背景下,分析改革开放后农民工的健康现状及其原因。
In the last ten-day period of May, 2006 Comrade Hu Jintao, proposed in Central Political Bureau Conference： ＂We must pay more attention to the social justice on the basis of economic development,adjust the national income assignment pattern with joint forces,and increase efforts to regulate the distribution of income,so that all the people can reap the benefits of reform and opening up policy and the socialist modernization achievement. ＂Fairness and justice are the cornerstones of a harmonious society, so the harmonious society must maintain and realize the social justice, reflect the correct balance between the interests of different people, as an important social groups. The peasant laborers are engaged in the difficult and dangerous work, but their health protection in the past has been ignored. Under the background of harmonious society＇s construction,this article analyzes the health status and reasons of migrant workers in the reform and the opening up.
