摘要
在分析影响齿轮减速器热功率因素基础上,提出采用散热装置来提高热功率的方法,对不同散热装置的热效应进行对比试验结果表明,新型板块式和列管式冷油器比其他散热装置具有更好的散热效应,在此基础上提出提高大功率齿轮减速器热功率的措施。
On the basis of analysis the factors of effecting heat power of the gear retarder,the method is put forward to raise heat powar by using heat scattered equipment.Having compared the heat effect of different heat scattered equipment,the result shows that oil colded equipment of new types with plank lumped and pipe ranked have better heat effect compared with the other heat scattered equipment.On the basis of this ,the methods are raised to raise heat power of gear retarders with big power.
