通过对日本农村公共产品供给状况和特点分析,认为政府、农协及民主的决策程序对农村公共产品供给影响重大。
On the analysis of the condition and the characteristic of the Japanese countryside public product goods. The article concluded that the Government, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and the democratic decision-making process play a a major impact on the countryside public goods.
