通过寻找ABS军绿色注塑制品的最佳配方,优化注塑工艺参数,对注塑制品生产工艺进行了设计和探索。根据染色的基本理论,确定了ABS军绿色注塑制品的染色配比,找到了各染色组分对颜色的影响。结合典型实例,对ABS军绿色注塑制品的生产工艺进行了设计和工艺优化,找到了制品颜色差别的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法。
By means of the seeking of the optimum formula of acrylnitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer （ABS） military green injection-moulded product and the optimization of the injection moulding parameter, the processing technology for the injection-moulded product was designed and discussed. According to the elementary theory of colouration, the dyeing allocation proportion of ABS military green injection-moulded product was determined, and the effects of each dyeing component on the colour were found. Combined with typical example, the processing technology for the ABS military green injection-moulded product was designed and optimized, the reasons for the eolour differences of the product were found out, and corresponding solutions for the colour differences were put forward.
