摘要
企业大学正在全球范围内崛起和发展,本文分析了企业大学的含义、产生和发展的历史和动因、运行机制,进一步思考了我国企业大学的发展之路。
Corporate universities are rising and developing in the global scope. This paper discusses the meaning, the origin and development of corporate university as well as the motivation for its existence and its operation mechanism. It also discusses the path for further development of corporate university.
