摘要
建立了汽车制动钳的两自由度非线性动力学模型,并利用该模型计算分析了振动系统的稳定性及其系统结构参数对奇异点和稳定性的影响,最后利用数值方法分析了系统振动的频谱结构。计算和分析结果表明,制动颤振是一种振动失稳现象,扭转刚度和制动时的法向作用力是影响制动颤振的两个重要因素。
A two-degree of freedom nonlinear dynamics model for brake caliper is established,the stability of vibration system and the effect of structural parameters on singular point and stability are analyzed by using this model, finally the numerical method is used to analyze the frequency spectrum configuration of the system vibration.The calculation and analysis results show that brake quiver is a kind of vibration instability,and the torsion stiffness and brake normal force are two important affecting factors.
