摘要
根据客户提供的参考试样以及风格要求,设计电脑大提花摇粒绒面料,介绍了生产工艺流程。通过分析参考面料的纱线线密度和纱线质量,确定底纱选用11.1tex/36f涤纶低弹丝,毛圈纱选用11.1tex/144f涤纶低弹丝;通过分析客户要求,从设备类型、筒径、机号、沉降片、路数等方面考虑,最终选择生产设备为典洋TY-TEFJ型正包电脑提花毛巾织机。阐述了织造以及染整过程中遇到的问题,并介绍了染整工艺,包括染色、烘干、刷毛、背刷等。
According to the customer-provided reference sample and style requirements, this paper designs the electronic large jacquard polar fleece fabric and introduces the technological process. By analyzing the yarn's linear density and quality of the reference sample fabric, the 11.1 tex/36 f polyester low stretch yarn is selected as the ground yarn and 11.1 tex/144 f polyester low stretch yarn as the terry yarn. According to the customer's requirements and considering the equipment's type, cylinder diameter, knitting gauge, sinker and number of channels, this paper selects TY -TEFJ type electronic jacquard terry towel knitting machine as the main knitting equipment. In addition, this paper summarizes the possible problems in knitting, dyeing and finishing process and introduces the dyeing and finishing technology including color dyeing, drying, brushing, back-brushing, and so on.
