摘要
以构建社会主义和谐社会为切入点,阐述了构建和谐劳动关系的重要意义,解读《劳动合同法》为构建和谐劳动关系提供的重要法律保障,从建立完善四大机制、强化四个理念、作好四方面工作论述了构建和谐劳动关系的主要措施。
From the perspective of building a harmonious socialist society, this article illustrates the importance of building a harmonious labor relation. Then the article interprets that ＂Labor Contract Law＂provides an important legal protection for harmonious labor relation. Then the article puts forward four measures of building a harmonious labor relation. They are as follows ：establishing the four sound mechanisms, strengthening the four concepts and accomplishing the work of four aspects.
