摘要
劳工权益保障的一些国际通行规范为维护中国农民工劳动权益提供了新的思路。以SA8000为例解读这些规范可以发现规范主要目的还是基于人权保障。中国在经济繁荣的同时,做出巨大贡献和牺牲的农民工劳动权益却相对缺失。对于农民工权益保障制度不健全、法规执行不力、行政措施薄弱的现状,只要适当注意一些问题环节,中国推行国际规范并发挥其杠杆作用,可以成为平衡劳资关系、开辟保障农民工劳动权益的有效途径。
The international convention and standard concerning how to secure labor rights are carving out a new thoughtway for Chinese peasant workers. The cardinal purpose can be picked up as human rights assertion, based on SA8000 as an example. As China is enjoying the prosperous economy, peasant laborers who have made a great contribution and sacrifice have been relatively losing their rights and interests. At present, the system for peasant workers＇ rights is unsound, law enforcement is feeble, and administrative measures are inefficient. To the point, so long as seeing to some tough links, that China spreads international convention and standard will leverage the relation between labor and capital,and hew out a valid path for the security of peasant workers＇ labor rights.
