摘要
目的:通过预试验,初步探索毛桐根的化学成分。方法:采用试管法,对毛桐根的石油醚、水、95%乙醇提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断毛桐根中可能含有的化学成分。结果:通过预试验,提示毛桐根中可能含有多肽、糖类、皂苷、糅质、有机酸、黄酮类、酚、香豆素类等化学成分。结论:此试验为进一步进行该植物的生物活性成分研究提供了实验基础。
Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Mallotus barbatus （Wall.） Muell. Arg. by preliminary test. Methods：The extracted mixture of Mallotus barbatus （Wall.） Muell. Arg. from petroleum ether,purified water and 95%ethanol were studied by test tube method.The chemical constituents of Mallotus barbatus （Wall.） Muell. Arg. was primarily demonstrated by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicator. Resuhs：The priliminary test indicated that Mallotus barbatus （Wall.） Muell. Arg. may contain chemical constituents such as Polypeptides, sugars, saponins, tannins,organic acids, flavonoids, phenols,coumarins. Conclusion：The results of priliminary test provide evidence for further study of the chemical compositions and biological activities of the Mallotus barbatus （Wall.） Muell. Arg..
